"In the Shade of the 'Ol Apple Tree"

Do you have a lot of sunshine in your yard? Would you like to reduce your summer electricity bill?  Maybe you need to plant a tree! There are many wonderful trees that grow well in the Houston area.  You may want a shade tree or maybe a fruit tree.  This Saturday, October 18th at 10 a.m. in the Meeting room at Maud Marks the Master Gardeners will be presenting "Tree Maintenance".  Come and learn all you need to know about growing and caring for trees in Houston.  The presentation is free but we would like you to register here so we will have enough handouts for everyone.  Or you can call the library at 281-492-8592.  Hope to see you there.
